Marathon preparations DAY IV

...sunday...todays goal has been reached...the Green Fairy stopped smoking...iuhuuuuuuuuuuuu...about the other parts, alimentation and training...let s just say that today has been a free day, free from anything else but cigars.

...tomorrow is going to start my Detox program :D...now this is going to be hard but interesting...
