PROCESS is the most important thing in everything ... the finish line is only something, that puts an end to the process.

Together with the process goes CONCENTRATION and  FOCUS ... along with this comes the planning ...

... but before RACE DAY, planning has to be made for the race day ... the same METHODOLOGY that has been tested over the training days, this has now to be concentrated and fitted into a single ”training”, into a single race.

THE FINISH LINE IS THE GOAL BUT THE IMPORTANCE AND POWER STAYS IN THE PROCESS



MORNING TRAINING

- distance : 13 km
- time       :  1 hour 13 minutes and 36 seconds

- push-ups 2 X 20

stretches
- hamstring stretch
- quad stretch
- gluteal and piriformis stretch
- hip flexor stretch
