What a run in Arad in the park means ???
Well ... first of all it means
- the distance : 5,6 km
- the time : 31 minutes and 52 seconds
- some workout : ABS 3 X 100
- then some stretchings : quad stretchings, hamstring strechings, hip flexor stretchings, gluteal and piriformis stretchings
and afterwards the environment ...
Children throwing at you with chestnuts and a masturbator masturbating next to a bush while you pass/run by ... an uneducated man blowing his nose in the air, let s say in the wind, to be more artistic :)) and so on ... all this on a perfect autumn morning.
NOW i am questioning, how should I be motivated in this environment ??? Well, I SHOULD BE for i am a civilised person who can be above all this lack of culture, who can stand as a role model for other people, who can spread values over bad, who can be better every day and who can find the beauty and morality in herself.
