Marathon preparations DAY X

... :((, :((, :((...today i just got my precious foot injured and i do not know the cause...well, perhaps i know it, and i felt a bit of pain in my foot, but i thought that i am hercules and despite the pain i  ran this morning...and now...well, now i am crying because of the pain and i am not going to be able to run for a couple of days...can you imagine that ? ... it is a great punishment for me, trust me on this :(...but getting back on my day...

NUTRITION

Breakfast     : yoghurt with cheerios and honey

Lunch           : salad consisting of : tomatoes, bell peppers, mozarella and vinegar balsam and two pieces of black bagel with seeds

Snack           : dried figs

Dinner         : as i said, i have to quit eating after 18:00 o clock...but this only for a couple of weeks...and as a conclusion, i hadn t any dinner :P

TRAINING

Distance     : 7400 m

Time           : 50 minutes

Weather conditions : rainy weather :(
