Marathon preparations DAY IX

NUTRITION

Breakfast : earl grey tea with green tea and lime, a peach

Lunch       : gnocchi with tomato sauce, eggplant and ricotta

Snack       : extra super juicy melon and an extra-super juicy peach :P

Dinner     : honey flavoured cheerios with milk


TRAINING

Distance : 9600 m

Time      : 1h and 2 minutes ;)


Tomorrow comes a new challenge...i have to stop eating after 6 PM...hard, been through this once, twice...have to make it this time too...aaaand still not smoking ... iuhuuuuuuuuuu ;)
