NUTRITION

Breakfast : muesli, greek yoghurt, dried fruits (plums, grapes, apricots, apples)

Lunch       : Greek pitta with eggs prepared with tomatoes, avocado, olives, milk, cheddar

aaaaaaaaaaaand oooooooh, i just didn t had any dinner because of Harry Potter...but i had a glas of red wine :P :))

Vegetables : tomatoes, avocado, olives

Fruits         : plums, grapes, apricots, apples
