Marathon preparations DAY XXII

NUTRITION

Breakfast : 2 eggs prepared with tomatoes, olives, cheddar and milk aaaaaaaaaand 2 slices of whole grain bread

Lunch       : tagliatelle prepared with sour cream, gorgonzolla and milk aaaaaand a sauce made out of tomatoes and olives

Dinner     : dried fruits, whole grain bread with yoghurt and a lot of honey :D


TRAINING

Distance  : 6,65 km

Time        : 45 minutes

Pushups  : 3 X 15

Leg exrecises : 5 X 25


....hm, hm, hm...it seems that today i just focused upon eating a lot of carbohydrates to pump myself up with energy :P

and not to forget about the teas that i am drinking at the moment : ginger and cardamon :D ...just google them to see where they are good at :P:))
