Marathon training process DAY XXVIII

TRAINING :

-steady run :

Distance : 8,35 km

Time : 59 minutes

- stretchings :

Quad stretch

Hip flexor stretch

Hamstring stretch


NUTRITION :

Breakfast : scrumbled eggs with english bacon, 2 slices of wholemeal bread and crinkle cut beetroot

Lunch : Tagliatelli with own made sauce ( tomatoes, garlic, baby aubergine, zucchini, olive oil and olives ) and mozzarella on top

Dinner : greek yoghurt with honey and brownies

Vegetables :beetroot, tomatoes, aubergine, zucchini

noooooooo fruits, oh my god :P
