Lunch : a baguette with english bacon, mozzarella, rocket salad, salad and thin sliced apple slices served with an orange-kiwi smoothie and almonds

Dinner : Muesli with dried figgs and plums, greek yoghurt and honey

Snack : an orange and figgs


Vegetables : rocket salad, green salad

Fruits : oranges, kiwi, figgs, plums, apple
