... and this is the reason why i made my training today. I had two days of very good tarining before this day and this morning i thought : ” I am not a proffesional runner, why should i run today again that much, again 10 km, am i not pushing myself to hard ?”

Well, i might not be a proffesional runner, i might not have the talent that other athletes have, but i feel the need to participate at marathons, i wish i could finish one in less than 4 hours or even less, i wish i could see the world while running ... and for all this wishes i need to be good, i need to excell and be well prepared and this is the reason i pushed myself today for this result :

distance : 10,6 km
time : 1 hour 5 minutes 17 seconds

stretches:
- quad stretch
- hamstring stretch
- hip flexor stretch
