... today while running, I had to face again my mind with my thoughts.
One of them has been again related to the fact that i overtrain myself, that i test my level of endurance to hard. That is not true !!! In order to get what you want you have to do what you never did :)
The second one has been the thought that wanted to keep me in my confort zone and because it wished to do so, it tried to change the running route that i have already planned for myself for this morning s training, but it didn t :). I ran according to the plan.
I tell you what this has been : weakness, fear of injury, lazyness ... but all this didn t matter and disappeared after i finished with the following results :
distance : 15,4 km
time : 1 hour 30 minutes 20 seconds
stretchings:
- quad stretch
- hamstring stretch
- hip flexor stretch
