Breakfast : Muesli with nut flavoured yoghurt and dried fruits
Lunch : sour watercress bortsch , two slices of bread with eggplant salad
Snack : 500 ml smoothie made of lemon, orange and bananas
Dinner (after the training) : milk with korn flakes and dried sour cherries

Distance : 7.567 m
Time : 50 minutes
Today i could not measure the outside temperature for i have been riding my bicycle to my training place and not my car :P ... buuuuut thanks to this i discovered that after the run i really do relax by riding my bike and listening to some relaxing music...it feels like flying ;) weeeeeeeeeeeeeee :))
