Marathon preparations DAY VII

Alimentation

Breakfast : two slices of bread, camembert, white grapes and one kefir

Lunch       : rucola salad, tomatoes, a big red bell pepper, cheese

Snack       : 2 tangerines

Dinner     : milk with muesli and white grapes (this has been after the run)

Drinks     : 1 L of tea and 3 L of water


Training

Distance  : 7,750 m

Time        : 50 minutes

Outside temperature : 26 C

...4-th day without smoking...but i guess this is going to be the last time i am going to write this down, because it is getting boring to note every day that pass without a cigar :P
