Marathon preparations DAY XIV

TRAINING (because it was a morning training ;) )

Distance : 4,28 km

Time       : i ve been a lil bit dreamy so i forgot to check the time when i started to run :P

Abs         : 4 X 50

Sprints   : 2 X

ALIMENTATION

Breakfast : muesli with dried plums and greek yoghurt and honey of course :P

Lunch      : past the lunch time, been all daaaaaaaay long inside the fine arts museum :P

Dinner      : Baked patatoes with sour cream, cheddar cheese and hmmm...spices of course, of all kinds :P...and not to forget the milk with honey :D
