Marathon preparations DAY XV

TRAINING (again morning training :D)

Distance : 4,34 km

Time (beceause this time i haven t forgot to check the time :P) : 28 minutes

ALIMENTATION

Breakfast : 2 boiles eggs, black bread with seeds and salad

Snack       : an apple and a pear

Lunch      : i desperately felt the need for some carbohidrates so i just ate some muesli with greek yoghurt, and this because i started to love this greek joghurt, very creamy :D

Dinner    : Rucola salad with tomatoes and of course this tasty greek yoghurt


...aaaaaaaaand that s it :P
