Marathon preparations DAY XVI

TRAINING (...i got used to running in the morning...and it gets better and better ;) )

Distance : 4,64 km

Time      : 35 minutes ...and imagine that i have not forgot to be aware of the time...told you, it gets better and better ;)

Abs        : 4 X 50

ALIMENTATION

...i thought about eating healthier than before...and because i got in touch with some of the promotional stuff of the ministry of food and read there that one should eat 5 types of vegetables and also 5 types of fruits a day...well, i thought i should give it a try...but as you now, people can not be perfect so i managed to eat between 3 and 4 types...because to be honest with you now, but do not tell anyone : i do not want to be perfect, who wants to be perfect ? nobody, honestly :))...but getting back to fooooood and alimentation and breakfast and foood...and not beeing perfect :))

Breakfast : 1 banana, 1 pear, muesli with greek yoghurt of course

Lunch       : 1 apple (already 3 :D) and pasta with chillied tenderstem broccoli

Dinner      : baby carrots with greek yoghurt and a bit of muesli

And this has been my beautiful day my friends, my beautiful day :D...let s see what tomorrow is going to bring :D
