ALIMENTATION
Breakfast : my own creation, like how i mentioned it elsewhere, the most delicious breakfast ever eaten and it was prepared like this : a chopped banana and pear put together with some honey in a pan and fried just a little bit. On three slices of crimp put some yoghurt, i ve put some greek yoghurt and afterwards the whole fruity mish mash from the pan :D
Lunch : rocket salad with cheese, normal salad and cherry tomatoes and a spoon of sour cream and slices of black bread with a hard boiled egg
Snack : a beautiful red apple and some dried prunes
Vegetables : 3 kinds of it
Fruits : 4 kinds of it
