ALIMENTATION

Breakfast : pears + bananas fried in honey, muesli with greek yoghurt

Snack       : 1 X apple

Lunch      : broccoli + olives + pepper + olive oil

Dinner     : 2 slices of black bread with seeds with blue cheese and cherry tomatoes and dried apricots

Vegetables : 3 of them

Fruits         : 4 of them
