Marathon preparations DAY XX

TRAINING ( morning training)

Distance : 4,46 km

Time       : 32 minutes

Abs         : 4 X 50


ALIMENTATION

Breakfast  : 2 boiled eggs, fresh salad and cherry tomatoes, 2 slices of black bread with seeds and greek yoghurt

Snack or Lunch (not sure yet :P)       : 1 apple, 1 pear

Dinner      : carrots + baby potatoes all dressed in self made cheese sauce

Snack       : dried fruits (apricot + apple + prunes)


Vegetables : 4 kinds  

Fruits         : 4 kinds    ...what a perfect proportion :))


Well, well, well ... my training starts to get a lilttle bit boring, sooooooooo, i have to come up with some new technics...let s see what inspiration am i going to get from the divine sports spirits that house the metaphisics of the upper spheres :P...    ;)
