TRAINING (morning training baby ;) )

Pushups: 2 X 20


ALIMENTATION

Breakfast : egg waffles with fruit hotch potch :P (pears and bananas) honey and cream :D

Snack       : a beautiful apple

Luch         : tagliatelle with vegetable hotch potch (olives, tomatoes and zuchini) and some dried fruits as a desert ;;)

Dinner     : muesli with greek yoghurt 

Vegetables : 3 of them

Fruits         : 4 of them
