Marathon preparations DAY XXI

NUTRITION 

Breakfast : Muesli, dried fruits (plums, apricots), greek yoghurt

Snack       : one apple

Lunch      : fish prepared in the oven with tomatoes and yellow peppers served with carrots and potatoes prepared in milk, yoghurt and mustard

Dinner     : whole grain bread with butter and honey served with mandarines


TRAINING

Distance   : 8, 00 km :D felt sooooooooooooo good after it, but soooooo goooood :P

Abs           : 3 X 50

And that is enough

Vegetables : 4 kinds (potateos, carrots, peppers, tomatoes)

Fruits         : 4 kinds (plums, apricots, apple, mandarines)
