Time : 37 minutes
...the small distance and the bad timing come becuase of my leg, which has been injured...i didn t pay attention to the fact that after my 12 km i had to rest a bit more...so now it became a MUST ... i will have to take e few days off :( ... treat myself with ginger tea and let my leg to recover ... damn

ALIMENTATION :
Breakfast : 2 scrumbled eggs with 2 slices of wholemeal bread with brie and tomatoes...and an orange-strawberry smoothie
Lunch : Broccoli cream served with cheddar and wholemeal croutons ( ... broccoli cream has been made be me for the first time and it was really tasty :D, lalalaaaaaaaa ) and some olives
aaaaaaaaand for dinner, i don t know yet, it ll be something, later on on i guess :P
Vegetables : broccoli, onion, tomatoes, olives
Fruits : oranges and strawberries
