Marathon preparations DAY XXVI

TRAINING :

Steady run : - distance : 8, 68 km

- time : 1h and 4 minutes

Workout : ABS : 2 X 100

Push-ups : 2 X 20

+ stretchings :D

...aaaaaaaaaaaaand my good for all ginger tea recovered my leg so fast :D, i am so proud of it :P


NUTRITION :

Breakfast : Smoothie made of strawberries, pears, apples with 2 slices of wholemeal bread with butter, honey and bananas :D

Sanck : honey with almonds and some dried prunes :P

Lunch : 4 huge champignons baked in the oven and served with cheddar :D

Dinner : rocket salad with apples, avocado and english bacon served with greek yoghurt


Vegetables : champignons, avocado, rocket salad

Fruits : strawberries, pears, apples, bananas, dried prunes


The End :P ... well not really ... to be continued :D, yeah, that s the right word ;)
