Marathon traing process DAY XXIII

TRAINING

- Steady run :

Distance : 10,50

Time : 80 minutes

- ABS : 2 X 100

- Push-ups : 2 X 20

- Stertches :

Quad stretch

Hamstring stretch

Adductor stretch

Hip flexor stretch

Gluteal and piriform stretch


NUTRITION :

Breakfast : 2 hard boiled eggs with 2 slices of wholemeal bread served with brie, green salad and tomatoes

Snack : Almonds and dried apricots and dried plums

Dinner : tadaaaaaaaaa :D ...salmon prepared with spinach and cream frache served with potatoes and green peas

Snack : well not snck but loads of ginger tea with lemon. I NEED TO FIGHT THIS FLU SIMPTOM, I NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED :P


Vegetables : Green salad, tomatoes, peas, spinach

Fruits : lemon, dried plums and apricots
