... it may happen that you lack a moment of concentration and false thoughts may slip into your path. They may seem in the moment you encounter them as the right fuel for your journey but after a few steps you may realise that they tricked you out.

Concentration is very important; the course of your thoughts is very important and TRUE is when it is said : stay away from distractions ... well, this false ”fuel thoughts” that from time to time might appear, ARE distractions and this is what they have done to me today:

distance : 5,9 km
time : 41 minutes

stretches :
- quad stretch
- hamstring stretch
- hip flexor stretch

body workout :
- waist exercise 2 X 100
- push-ups 2 X 20
