... in life you might gather bad habits, which at some point you overcome and instead you develop healthy and positive ones ... BUT ... there are always moments when you walk across the street and find hell around the corner ... what might happen :
- you might stop and start all over again with your bad habits
- you might stop and have a coffee and see what that hell looks like
- you might feel the need to stop but overcome it and pass by trying not to look at it
- you might be that strong and you might have washed that habit so deeply out of you that you don t even see that hell anymore; you can t recognise it anymore.
I have found hell around the corner and what i have done was to have a coffee and check what this one is like...BUT...after i have sipped that coffee, i have left it and continued with the good habit i have developed :
- distance : 12 km
- time : 1 hour 11 minutes 5 seconds
stretchings :
- quad stretch
- hamstring stretch
- hip flexor stretch
- gluteal and priform stretch
body workout:
- abs : 3 X 100
- waist : 2 X 100
- push-ups : 2 X 20
