For a few days i am pushing my mind to find creative solutions which should make me more motivated than i am now and which should create a more animated training process for myself.

Today i came upon the following one :

I haven t trained physically

I haven t trained mentally

I dropped my training session and went out to see the presentation of an expedition :

The conquest of Khan Tengri, a peak high of 7010 m, this achievement made by a boy only 20 years old ... and all this may push you to think that not age is the one that dictates but DETERMINATION, WISH, PASSION, BELIEFE, CURIOSITY and many more.

All my respect to Sergiu Jiduc. Congratulations for the strong will and for the adventurous spirit ! :)

... and now, getting back to my training session and why today s event i clasify as one is because TODAY I RAN IN A CREATIVE WAY, I DREAMED ^_^
